Daily K9 Academy is a service of Daily Doggo Academy, LLC (d/b/a Daily K9 Academy), an Arizona limited liability company operating in Maricopa County, Arizona ("Daily K9," "we," "us," "our"). This policy describes what information we collect from visitors to dailyk9.com and prospective handlers who reach out to us, how we use it, and your rights. It applies to information collected through dailyk9.com, our intake-call booking, our email at nv@dailyk9.com, and any direct communications you have with us.
Information you give us directly. When you book an intake call or email us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any information you choose to share about your disability, your dog (if you have one), and your training goals.
Information collected automatically. Our website host collects standard analytics such as IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit.
Information from third-party services. Our scheduling and email tools collect the information you submit when you contact us, subject to their own privacy practices.
We retain handler intake and training records for as long as a working relationship is active and for a period afterward consistent with professional record-keeping standards and applicable law (typically seven years for business records). General inquiries that do not result in a working relationship are typically deleted within twelve months. You may request deletion at any time by emailing nv@dailyk9.com; some records may be retained where required by law.
Working with our program may involve disclosure of sensitive medical information, including information about disabilities and tasks a service dog is trained to perform. We treat this information with discretion and only share it as necessary to support your training or as required by law. We do not publish handler diagnosis information or specific task lists in any public-facing material without your explicit written consent.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, or to receive a copy of it. To exercise any of these rights, email nv@dailyk9.com. We will respond within thirty days.
Daily K9 services are designed for adult handlers, including parents and family members of disabled minors. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. For material changes, we will notify active handlers by email.
